wellness through winter and healing foods, foods for energy and boosting
the immune system. Held in our kitchens - food demon-stration. BOOKING
ESSENTIAL.

Workshop - Planting an organic
medicinal and food garden - layout and plans and plant lists for
building wellness, companion planting, ailment chart, planning for
spring. Never done before. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.
We urge you to attend these new lectures that we have not offered
before. These are not repeated. Watch our website for the next lectures
and open days from August onwards.
Booking well in advance is essential and confirm 2 - 3 days before
workshop.
Arrive at 08:15 - class ends 13:00
We provide: Printed notes, teas, eats, cool drinks, recipes.
You bring: Notebook, pen, hat, walking shoes.
Lunches at the tea garden if you want to stay on (not included in the
R300).
Book, confirm and stay in touch! We reserve the right to cancel if
confirmation of attendance is not received.

GROUP
VISITS
For 50 or more if you want a special class.
Morning classes for groups are ongoing all year through on
Tuesdays or Fridays.
Please phone (mornings only) to arrange dates and bookings. We offer
fascinating mornings of tea and eats, demonstrations, lectures on the
specific uses of herbs. R100 per head. Book well in advance and confirm
your numbers near the time.
Arrival: 09:00, class ends 13:00.
Please bring: Notebook and pen, walking shoes, hat.
Please leave behind: Children, babies, pets - these have proved
to be distracting as the classes are intense.
Please note: 50 minimum for a class.
Please note: We have credit card facilities, but only one Speed Point.
Bring cash just in case.
We have security guards present.
The Herbal Centre will close on 24th December 2009 for
Christmas, but will reopen on 6th January 2010.
